Delta Phi Petition to Sigma Kappa, c. 1921

Delta Phi Local Sorority provides a history of the local organization and Iowa State University, where it is based, as part of a petition to become a chapter of Sigma Kappa Sorority. The petition also includes photographs and brief biographies of each member, letters of recommendation offered on behalf of the local sorority, and photographs of the chapter house.
