Sigma Kappa Petition to Incorporate, February 27, 1904
Members of Alpha Chapter, Colby College, petition the state of Maine to incorporate as a literary and social society under the name of Sigma Kappa in Waterville, Maine. Caswell, Alpha, Colby College, acknowledging that the incorporation petition has been filed and a copy of the warrant for an official certification meeting.
