Recruitment Release Figures COTS Video, 2005
This video from the 2005 College Officer Training School workshop on Recruitment Release Figures is hosted by Laura Malley-Schmitt, a representative from the National Panhellenic Conference. In her presentation, Laura explains the new formal recruitment method based on release figures that is being slowly implemented on campuses across the country. This method is designed to help all chapters, regardless of size or previous recruitment strength, to reach their quotas.
