Elmer Leaders, from the law offices of Stratton V. Kane, sends Mrs. J.P. Piroth consent to removal of a building from the Sigma Kappa property. On the reverse is a handwritten note seeking permission to remove a house on the 4510 22nd NE Avenue property.
