"We tread our paths so easily, Now worn quite smooth by other feet, We scarce will deign to look
upon The rougher paths, which may ours meet. So we forget that our smooth way Was once as
rough and hard as these; That many traveled painfully, That we might travel on in lease."

THE FOUNDATION IS HERE TO HELP
Sigma Kappa is for a lifetime, providing personal growth
opportunities, bonds of friendship, and needed support.
With hurricane and fire seasons upon us, please take note
that Sigma Kappa Foundation individual emergency grants
are available to provide relief if the need arises.
If you or a sister you know becomes financially distressed
due to a presidentially declared major disaster or
emergency, the Sister to Sister Disaster Recovery Fund
Grant is available (maximum grant amount $5,000).
Applications are accepted for up to six months following the
Presidential declaration. Additionally, the Alumnae Heart
Fund and Collegiate Emergency Grants provide emergency
assistance to members due to unforeseen life-changing
events (maximum grant amounts $6,000 and $5,000,
respectively).
The Foundation recognizes the bold commitment of our
donors whose support has enabled the grants program.
